JB Stockslager is a lifelong student with a passion for helping students reach their full potential. As the son of a former school teacher, JB was taught to believe potential was not tied to background even though many other traits that hindered a student’s academic experience were and as a man of faith has always possessed a heart for others with this mind. JB is currently working for easee, a startup focused on helping people with poor vision get the eyecare they need through remote eye care services, while wrapping up his MBA degree at the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. Before beginning his degree at Kellogg, JB graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA and worked across industries and business topics as a consultant with A.T. Kearney. JB is still actively involved with the Young Alumni Board at SMU and in the Chicago community with The Olive Branch Mission.
